Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

The products purchased on are delivered within 5-8 business days from placing the order in Italy and EU, and within 8-10 days from all other destinations.
Delivery times may be subject to delays in case of holidays; couriers do not deliver on 12/25, 12/26, 01/01 and weekends.
For orders placed through credit card, consider 2 extra working day for regular administrative checks to standard shipping times.
Due to the regulations applied by national authorities to try to contain the spread of Covid-19, standard delivery times may suffer some inconveniences.
Return & Refund
In accordance with art. 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty, within 30 days from the receipt of the products purchased on portofinoforever.com.
In accordance with art. 54 of the Consumer Code, you can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending your wishes via email.
In accordance with art. 57 of the Consumer Code, once exercised the withdrawal from the contract, the products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract.
In accordance with art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that you have purchased custom-made or customized products or sealed goods that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygiene reasons or related to health protection and were opened after the delivery.
1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with art. 52 of the Consumer Code
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
A. the right of withdrawal must be regularly exercised within 30 days of receipt of the products following one of the methods indicated above;
B. the products must not have been used, worn, washed and, in any case, must comply with the requirements indicated in art. 3, which follows, on the conformity checks of the returned products;
C. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal which forms an integral part of the goods (see in this regard the art. 5 below);
D. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
E. the returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days starting from when you communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract;
F. the products must not be damaged.
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller, in accordance with art. 56 of the Consumer Code, will fully refund the price of the products purchased, only the costs of the return shipment being your responsibility.
2. Conformity checks of returned products
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out in letters. a) and e) of the previous paragraph 1 or in the case referred to in art. 59 of the Consumer Code and you can choose to have the products purchased at your expense.
If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.
All products must be returned new and unused, in perfect condition, with all protective materials and with identification tags and stickers attached to the products (if any), in addition to their packaging, accessories and documentation. If the product shows signs of use or if it has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return.
