In accordance with the art. 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty, within 30 days of receiving the products purchased on portofinoforever.com.

 

In accordance with the art. 54 of the Consumer Code, you can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending your wishes via email.

 

In accordance with the art. 57 of the Consumer Code, once the withdrawal from the contract has been exercised, the products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract.

 

In accordance with the art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that you have purchased tailor-made or personalized products or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery .

1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code

 

The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:

A. the right of withdrawal must be regularly exercised within 30 days of receipt of the products following one of the methods indicated above;

B. the products must not have been used, worn, washed and, in any case, must comply with the requirements indicated in the art. 3, below, on conformity checks on returned products;

C. the identification tag must still be attached to the products using the disposable seal which constitutes an integral part of the goods (see the following art. 5 in this regard);

D. the products must be returned in their original packaging;

E. the returned products must be delivered to the shipping company within fourteen (14) days from when you communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract;

F. the products must not be damaged.

If all the required conditions have been respected, the Seller, pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code, will fully refund the price of the products purchased, with you being solely responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Conformity checks of returned products

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions stated in the letters. a) and e) of the previous paragraph 1 or in the case referred to in art. 59 of the Consumer Code and you can choose to receive the products purchased at your expense.

If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.

All products must be returned new and unused, in perfect condition, with all protective materials and with identification tags and stickers attached to the products (if any), as well as their packaging, accessories and documentation. If the product shows signs of use or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the return.
